Yeh I know, I only mentioned it because it was just so out-of-place and impractical. Although, any cleaver that was actually capable of filleting fish properly would have had to have been sharpened to an extreme degree beforehand, haha

Actually I've seen it on TV before. It was done by Master Chef Yan many years ago. On Chinese Film and drama too. I don't think it's camera trick or CGI, it looks authentic actually.
